A spice-infused rum created by Maison Ferrand. Canerock joins Maison Ferrand's existing portfolio, which in addition to Plantation Rum, includes Citadelle Gin, Ferrand Cognac, triple sec Dry Curaçao and Mathilde liqueurs. This rum is infused with Madagascan vanilla pod, Jamaican ginger, and Caribbean coconut, and a portion is given some extra time in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for added complexity.
