The top wine from the estate of Ernie Els. A very serious Bordeaux type blend, this wine is full bodied with loads of potential for aging. Best enjoyed after a couple hours of decanting to express the true nature of this wine. Sensual and velvety with hints of dark red fruits and mocha, cedar and a touch of tobacco on the nose. Touches of orange rind give this blend a smooth, long, delicate finish.
