Barrels of Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Bourbon travel to ports around the world to get aging from varying climates and the enhancing churning from the rolling of the sea waves. On the nose notes of creme brulee, sea spray, and tobacco are found. Flavours of caramel, brown sugar, cinammon, sea salt, and espresso can be found. The finish is long and smooth and coats the palate with hints of cracker jacks and sea salt.
