Pike Creek Canadian Whisky

Regarded as one of the best among Canadian Whiskies due to it's aging process in a non-climate controlled warehouse. This allows exposure to the severe temperature swings. Aged in oak casks and then finished in rum barrels to express notes of vanilla and rich brown sugar. Fresh dark fruits such as figs and plums give this whisky a flare up of zest in the finish.
